I had such a great experience thanks to Alexis! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. It’s hard to find someone who’s honest, knowledgeable, and kind, but Alexis definitely is. I really appreciate all of his help and will absolutely be coming back. If you need anything done at Town Fair Tire, I highly recommend asking for Alexis!

Thank you so much for helping me save my tire from a lag bolt that must have been forced in by Zeus. Allowing me to come in with no appointment and leave the vehicle there was a bonus. The best part was that you allowed me to pick the vehicle up after the closing time and not even have to deal with paying. I believe Kyle (North Providence) was the person who took care of me, please let him know how much I appreciated his way of dealing with the ridiculousness of that bolt. I mean seriously… look at that thing?!?! How did I get that stuck in there?!?!

The guys here are awesome! I’ve been to this Town Fair Tire location twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time, the team took the time to help me find the right tires for my car while staying within my budget. They were knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel pressured. A month or two later, I went back because I thought I needed to replace another two tires and was preparing myself for another $600 bill. Instead, they thoroughly inspected everything, found that the issue could be repaired, and saved me a significant amount of money. They could have easily sold me new tires, but they chose to do what was best for me. It’s hard to find businesses that are this honest and customer-focused. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and got me back on the road quickly. They saved me both time and money, and I genuinely appreciate their integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and people they can trust!

I had an excellent experience at Town Fair Tire today. Even though we arrived late for our appointment, the team was incredibly understanding and made sure to update our appointment notes so it wouldn’t be cancelled. They took us in right away and handled everything smoothly.Rob was awesome — super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. They got us in quickly, took care of our tire, and updated us the second the work was done. Five stars all the way!
